We had seen several types of transport in San Francisco including the iconic cable cars which are turned on a wooden turntable by hand, the old trolley buses, many boats, including a large cruise liner and huge container ships in the Bay and most interesting to us were the Waymo robocars which seemed to be speeding around everywhere.   These are driverless cars with many sensors on top and all around the body and supposedly they are very safe but I would not want to ride in one, after having read reports and watched YouTube videos. There are still many problems and they are not popular especially with the ambulance and fire departments.
It was our last day in the States before the long wait at the airport because our plane was delayed until it took off at 11.58pm   When I have time I will backblip the rest of my holiday photos.
