Dephibrillation Phriday

This telephone box near me was converted to a defibrillator point a year or so ago.  I don't remember it ever having a phone before but that's possibly because I hadn't thought to look properly, and all the cool kidz have mobiles these days anyway.  The glass panels got smashed in a few months ago, because some young people think we shouldn't have nice things, but it got mended not very long after and is once again very proudly green and help-peopleable.

I had a second awful night's sleep, and after being awake for three hours before getting up time I cycled to work an hour before getting up time and powered through a day of audits.  Except I didn't, I half-conked out at lunchtime, and ran out of steam late afternoon.  The fresh air helped a bit when I rode to Mum and Dad's for tea, after which I felt a bit stronger and rode home at mostly my normal pace.
