D Is For Dendrobium

I was tired this morning and stayed in bed while The Man drove Kat to Homebase. She was buying some cheap turf to surround her new pond. Some of it she's using the right way up and then over the vinyl surround, she's using it upside down to give a root-bonded transition into the flower-bed. 

I happily took a photo of it to help illustrated the Hedgehog talk I'm giving on Monday. (Extra)

She hardly ever goes anywhere without bringing back a plant. Thankfully today she had chosen a dendrobium which, inadvertently, sorted my Alphabet Challenge.

After lunch at The Secret Garden, we made our way home.
