Saturday: Small Magpie Moth

We had a mostly cold and misty day, our little mountain was hidden under thick mist for most of the time.

I hung out the washing, it dried slowly and is finishing off on the clothes maid.

Sun came out late afternoon and we had a very warm late afternoon / evening.

As I was closing all my boxes of seedlings in the greenhouse, this beautiful little moth landed nearby, I took a quick couple of photos and noticed it’s slightly smaller with different colours on the wings to the ones I’ve seen and blipped previously - https://www.blipfoto.com/search/entries?q=Magpie+by+doffy+

At dusk I remembered my little moth and that it couldn’t get out of the greenhouse, managed to catch it and released outside :-))
