Spoke too soon!

Whilst the morning started off well with the first dog walk and a trip to the supermarket, the afternoon was a different experience. I started to feel a bit unwell after lunch and suffice to say that I took to my bed in between running to the loo. Not sure if it was food poisoning or another form of gastroenteritis but I’m typing this on Wednesday evening when I’m finally feeling a little more normal.
